1. Introduction

This Cancellation Policy applies to the monthly membership of YouTube Lead Lab (hereinafter referred to as "the Membership") offered by Wandermint Creative Inc (hereinafter referred to as "we," "us," or "our"). This policy outlines the terms under which members (hereinafter referred to as "Members") can cancel their Membership and provides details on our satisfaction guarantee.

2. Definitions

Member: An individual or entity that has registered and been accepted for the Membership.Membership Fee: The monthly fee payable by the Member to access the Membership benefits.Cancellation Period: The period within which a Member must notify us to cancel their Membership effectively.

3. Membership Details

The Membership provides Members with full access to the YouTube Lead Flow Formula (VMA) Portal, monthly coaching & audit calls and a private community. The Membership is billed on a monthly or yearly basis and will automatically renew each month/year unless cancelled in accordance with this policy.

4. Cancellation Policy

4.1. How to Cancel

To cancel your Membership, please follow these steps:

1. Log in to your account using your portal here

2. Navigate to the YouTube Lead Lab Membership

3. Click on the Welcome Video, and then “Cancellation Form”

4. Complete and submit the cancellation form. Alternatively, you can cancel by contacting our support team directly at support@wandermintcreative.com

4.2. Cancellation Notice Period

Members can cancel their Membership at any time. Cancellations will prevent any future billings but must be made 48 hours before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the next month.

5. YouTube Lead Flow Guarantee and Test-Drive

5.1. 7-Day Test-Drive

We offer a 7-day test-drive for new Members to explore the Membership. This allows full access to the Membership benefits for 7 days from the date of joining. If you decide the Membership is not right for you within this period, you can cancel and request a full refund.

5.2. Refund Process

To request a refund during the 7-day test-drive period, please complete our refund form available inside your portal or contact support@wandermintcreative.com. Upon receipt of the refund request, we will process your refund and ensure you are not billed for any future payments.

5.3. Future Payments

After the initial 7-day test-drive period, you can still cancel your Membership at any time to prevent future billings. However, refunds for past payments are not provided beyond the 7-day test-drive period.

6. Automatic Renewal

Your Membership will automatically renew each month/year. You can cancel the automatic renewal at any time by following the cancellation process outlined above.

7. Modifications to the Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Cancellation Policy at any time. We will notify Members of any significant changes by email or through a notice on our website.
